Found a 1977 GMC Royale for $5K but I'm sure they would drop it quite a bit because it needs work. It will start but also needs to be gutted. The remodeling they've done looks terrible and is so heavy with 3/4" plywood. They put the worst bathroom in the back and cut the area in half. It's just a mess. How far from Flowery Branch ,Ga are you? Would you consider looking at it and letting me know if it's something I should try? My daughter has had several heart attacks and I want to be able to go to Pa and see her but I have pets and I really need a camper.

Good job. At the floor where you blocket the holes with boards you could change to plexiglas and have rgb light, just an idea.

I'm hoping to remodel it like you guys have done but being a 66 year old Grama and seeing all of those wires hanging out is a little intimidating. How long did it take you and your Dad to get this far? Would you be willing to teach?

I think on the blanks I would have put in frosted plastic and leds to turn into lighting.

Metal studs. They come in different sizes. Less money than 80/20. Pleasure Way uses plywood to make frameless cabinets. And they use brakets to mount. Excellent build.

I preferred the truck in its original form. The bulky looking bumper and wrack in the back look OTT for such a small pickup truck. I loved the retro look, which was more 70s in style.

Can't wait to see the living room couch bed and the bed mattress in back room installed Rv washer and spin dryer combo a must very cheap on eBay $75 to $130 they work great 👍

I love the shape of this car and the emerald green color. I wish cars today went beyond white, black, grey/silver, maroon, and dark blue in color and had a great shape like this car. I remember green and burnt orange cars. I hope you fully restore this car!!

For the floor on the bottom of the closet I would just have a finger hole vice an actual handle for access.

Cover the cabinets in white or whatever color laminate you need some laminate sheers and a laminate router bit and contact cement its durable than any paint You could even use the same FRP board as the ceiling It comes in several colors

Those unibodies are just the cab and bed. It still has the normal chassis.

I know you could of found another motor home cheaper with less remolding, but restoring this antique is more satisfying knowing that you did it your way.

They do or did make fuel pressure regulators for carbs. lower pressure and eliminate pulse of fuel pump.
